Q: How does your Pho.TEEs fit?

A: Each style of Pho.TEEs may have a different fit depending on the final cut of the garment. Please ensure that you read the sizing description for the specific top you are interested in. These are CLEARLY displayed on each style and design. We reccomend that you take note of the chest sizes over dress size due to these being specific measurements and each style being cut different as well as recommendations for how best to wear.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that during peak times or within a sale this could vary. Once your order has been posted you will receive a notification email. UK orders will be received within 1-2 days once shipped and international 7-10 days.

Q: Who do you use to ship your orders? 

A: We ship our orders as follows:

Necklaces – Royal Mail 1st Class / International Standard

Tote Bags and Artwork – Royal Mail Signed for / International Tracked and Signed For

Children’s Clothing – Royal Mail Signed for / International Tracked and Signed for

Adults T-Shirts – Royal Mail signed for / Hermes Signed For / International Tracked and Signed For

*Multiple UK orders will be shipped altogether with Hermes Signed For depending on the quantity.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes we ship internationally. Please check individual postage costs and postage details for country. International delivery is approx. 7-10 days from shipping.

Q: What is a Pre-order item?

A: A pre-order item is a product that can be ordered and purchased before it goes online and ready to post out at ordering. These items are listed on our page but are not ready to ship. They will display a estimated waiting time per item. Please see individual product listings and contact us if you have any queries.

Q: What if I order another item with my pre-sale item?

A: All items will be shipped together in one order. If ordering a pre-sale item as well as a ready to ship item, please ensure you create two seperate orders if you want them to arrive sooner.

Q: The item I want is out of stock, when will you be getting more?

A: Artwork restocking is carried out regularly, however clothing is dependable on stock and availability of the style. We try and keep our shop updates on listings with lead times and we make regular updates on our Facebook and Instagram social media platforms so keep your eyes open for updates!

Q: How shall I care for my garment?

A: To protect the garment design from abrasion as garments rub together during the wash cycle, it is advised to turn the garment inside out and wash. Remember, like for like coloured fabrics should always be separated before washing.

Q: Can I tumble dry / Iron my garment? 

A: The high heat in driers can cause much more damage to heat applied graphics than washing. We advise to NOT TUMBLE DRY your garment. When ironing your garment please ensure you turn the garment INSIDE OUT FIRST. If a hot iron touches the Vinyl graphics, it will melt the film, ruining your T-shirt forever!

Q: Do you offer returns/exchanges?

A: All products have been checked to ensure quality and we hope that you will be happy with any purchase made. All sizing and measurements are also displayed clearly on all of our products. Exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days and items should be returned new, in the original packaging and in an unworn state. All tags should be still intact and any returns are at the senders expense. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Returns made outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of management and may only be refunded as store credit.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us first. This will ensure that your return is dealt with effectively and with minimal delays. If returning a product, please be aware that it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is traceable and insures you for the value of the goods. Please note this policy doesn’t apply on items such as Made to order or artwork unless faulty.

Q: What if my item is faulty?

In the highly unlikely event that their is a fault with your product please contact us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

Items are classified as faulty if a manufacturing fault is found. Damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear does not classify an item as faulty. If returning a product, please be aware that it is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that is traceable and insures you for the value of the goods.

Q: Do you offer individual company logo printing on your Tees?

A: Yes. You can find all information on the link on our page. Specific branding printing is based on the file formats you have. Flat PNG files / PS files do not print in the process that we use as we are vector based printing (ai. files, EPS files or outlined PDFs) All information is on our personalised link or if you would like more information please contact us and we shall be more than happy to assist.

Q: My logo is not in the correct format. Can I still have my logo printed?

Logo printing is upon approval of file formats. If your file format is not printable an alternative will be offered. If it is a small change not additional fee will be required, at the discretion of Pho.TEEs clothing designers. If artworking is required an additional fee may be required to prepare your logo for print. This will be discussed as a 1-2-1 quote.

Q: Do you offer exchanges / refunds on personalised clothing?

A: Due to items being personalised we do not refund or exchange any items customised. Please ensure you double check item ordered and size before placing order.

Q: Do you offer individual customisation of your Tees?

A: We do not currently offer individual custom orders via the website, however, please contact us via our contact link for more information and we shall be happy to assist.
